    Hi I am new to the applied Unit 7 exam, looking at the scenario I have got 5 tables, I also see this exam needs a functional spec rather than a flowchart. Phones, Stock,Sales,Customer,Contracts. does anyone agree? Do we as lecturers get the real data files a week before the students?

    If you put the Field headings into an new empty table and make the Member ID an Auto number then import to this table it will work. I have spent days trying to work out a way of creating the user interface and have made no progress . Any ideas?

    Reading through the scenario, I don't think the data structure, validation etc is going to be overly complicated. The 16 digit number shouldn't be much of a problem and you can use an autonumber.   • GCE Applied ICT Unit 7

    Just wondering if anyone here can suggest the best way of importing data into previously set up Database Tables. Nothing seems to be working for me - wondering whether I am missing something simple! At the moment I am playing with the S Cars SAM material.
