On the old website, I was able to download old past maths papers (Linear GCSE). I find that the Intermediate tier questions useful to give to my Foundation Tier candidates to help them to aim high. I have a nice collection of these I have downloaded and regularly use, but I don't have those for 2007. Of course, since this tier is not examined, these have been removed from the new website. Anybody know where I can get them please? I work at a small college teaching adults, and we don't have the resources to but the CDs etc which may or may not have what I need on them. Any chance of a free download?
Teachers of Edexcel's qualifications can sign up at www.edexcelmaths.com where all our past papers have been stored. We'll require a centre name, number and your e-mail address at your centre (requests from private addresses can't be activated). All downloads are free of charge - you'll be able to find papers, marks schemes, examiner's reports, grade boundaries and much more.
They are all available in the emporium www.edexcelmaths.com,
If you send me your email address I can send them to you if you don't have a username or login for the emporium
Edexcel seem to have the worst possible system I have ever come across to finding stuff. Everything is cluttered and spread out for no reason.
In the past it took me a million clicks and about an hour to find the exam papers(some-I should add), and each time it takes the same amount of time.
they shoul do a course in user interface design
I would change boards just because of this!
As the posts above mention, teachers of Edexcel Mathematics can easily find all past papers back beyond 2000 at www.edexcelmaths.com, along with mark schemes, grade boundaries, examiner reports and more. You can register at the site - accounts are usually activated within a working day.
