We are interested to know if you still use our printed timetables that we send to you in September for the following academic year. Do they go straight in the recycling or do they have pride of place on your walls?
Hi, Steve ...
Gosh! They don't go to the bin that soon. They remain on the wall till the last paper. Do continue to send us, as it looks neat and tidy on the wall ... quite a contrast to any enlarged photocopies we'd have made with A4 printouts!

By the end of the summer term I publish our timetables for the next year using the interboard timetable, so we don't really have any use for them.
Thanks for the feedback. It looks like 50/50 at the moment
Yes, we still use them. We currently receive two copies of each and I think one copy would be sufficient.
Yes, we use them although one copy would be sufficient.
Hi
I find them useful and so do the teaching staff but I also think one copy would be enough.

We don't use them because
1. Not all boards now produce them
2. If we display them plus those from, for example AQA, they take up too much room
3. Because we do not have a complete set of boards they are too confusing for use outside of the Exams Office.
I like to have the printed timetables. I actually think it is quicker to find the dates for exams that way rather than an online timetable.
Yes, I definitely use them (and not just to wallpaper the wall)!! When a teacher comes in to ask a question on dates, it's much easier to have a paper copy easily to hand to show them.
No I do not use them. I create my own timetable of all the boards which I post on the students Moodle pages. Teachers have access to these as well.
Don't tend to use the printed timetables - if I need them I normally look at the timetables on your website.
I do use them quite frequently so they do not go in the recycling but I don't have the room on my walls. They have a special place in my filing cabinet.
I very rarely use them, if ever. I use the website. We produce our own combined timetable for staff and students. Staff would only get confused if we put all boards timetables up for viewing!! Besides we don't have the room.
I like having hard copies of timetables to show teachers and to check on things quickly myself. I keep them in the filing cabinet and only need one copy. Not liking the trend of having everything posted somewhere on the website as it is time consuming finding everything and costly if you do need a hard copy and have to print it out.
